A treat that I can give my kids at any time of the day and experience zero guilt? Yes please!
When I stumbled upon a photo from Motherwise with a basic recipe for her “Healthy Hippie Fudgesicles“, I knew I had to try it. Below is the recipe that works for me and my kids. It’s a great little treat to have on hand. If you don’t have popsicle molds, use an ice cube tray with a couple of toothpicks as a handle!
Healthy Chocolate Pops
Vegan, Raw, Gluten-Free

1 can coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1 Cup packed raw spinach
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)
Combine in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer until frozen!
